Supporting arguments produced and Lib Dem ACT

7.27.51pm GMT Mon 7th Dec 2009

I have now drafted arguments for Women Liberal Democrats, Ethnic Minority Liberal Democrats, Green Lib Dems and MPs and PPCs that I hope might persuade them to support the motion. They can be found in the forums under the Building a Coalition heading.

The birth of Lib Dem ACT http://act.libdems.org.uk/ has given LDDPR another platform from which to grow and spread our message. The LDDPR group spent a couple of days 1st of 170 groups ranked by activity, has 35 members, and is growing fast. Please join up and help it stay prominent.

I have also had feedback from a front bench spokesman agreeing with the motion's intent and describing it as very sensible. I have confidence that we can achieve our goals if we work hard.

Thanks and best wishes,

Ewan.
